Also of Note:

The league may have two more teams this year as proposals have come in from the Armstrong Shamrocks and the newly formed Kelowna Kodiaks. The Shamrocks would play out of Armstrong / Enderby and eventually move to Salmon Arm. The Kodiaks are being organized by Kelowna Minor Lacrosse Association. The South Okanagan Flames have given notice that if they do not receive commitments from players and staff they would need to cease operations.

It was suggested by the membership that the 15th Annual Archie Jack Memorial Ice-Breaker Tournament be held in Kelowna for the 2020 preseason campaign.

A Provincial format involving the BC Junior Tier1 league and the TOJLL was turned down. The proposal was that the TOJLL Champion would play the BCJT1 playoffs 8th place team, in a wild card game, at a neutral site. The winner would enter the BCJT1 playoffs as the 8th seed. The TOJLL playoffs runners-up would play in the Tier 2 provincial playdowns.
